As the Executive Director, you will serve as the chief operational leader and culture builder for the entire campus. Partnering with a dedicated department head team, you will drive operational, clinical, and financial performance while elevating the resident and staff experience.

Key Leadership Focus Areas:

• Strategic & Operational Direction: Oversee daily operations across all levels of care (SNF/AL/IL), ensuring seamless coordination, high resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Regulatory & Quality Excellence: Maintain rigorous compliance with IDPH, CMS, and federal guidelines while fostering a culture of continuous survey readiness and clinical care excellence.

• Financial & Census Growth: Manage the annual operating budget, drive strategic census development, optimize revenue, and lead local business development/hospitality initiatives.

• Team Development & Morale: Inspire, mentor, and retain top talent; cultivate a collaborative, supportive environment where team members feel valued and empowered.

• Community Leadership: Serve as the face and voice of the campus, building warm, trust-based relationships with residents, families, and local Chicago healthcare networks.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license is required.

• Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of successful Executive Director / Administrator experience in a multi-level senior living community, CCRC, or skilled nursing facility.

• Operational Success: Demonstrated strength in state survey execution (IDPH), fiscal management, census development, and employee retention.

• Leadership Style: Approachable, visible, and resilient—a leader who balances sharp business acumen with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
