Assistant Financial Analyst
Salary: $48,000- $54,000
Location: Huntley, IL

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Financial Analyst to support our finance and operations teams through reporting, budgeting, inventory analysis, and cost tracking.

What You’ll Do

Analyze manufacturing and warehouse expenses to identify cost trends and savings opportunities
Prepare financial reports summarizing production and distribution performance
Monitor inventory valuation and verify accuracy of stock-related financial data
Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting for operational departments
Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and warehouse financial records
Generate KPI reports tracking efficiency, productivity, and inventory turnover
Collaborate with operations teams to improve financial reporting and workflow processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
