Qualitest Group We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team in the United States. Role: Business Analyst Location: US Remote Must Have:

  • Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices, and write clear, testable user stories in Gherkin (Given-When-Then) format to define acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and developers to create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups that align with business goals and user needs.
Nice To Have:
  • knowledge of Healthcare industry/ understanding of claims process
  • Agile/Scrum Experience with project management tool expertise (JIRA)
  • Ability to write and understand basic SQL statements.
  • Knowledge and understanding of APIs and Webservices.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies and cloud services.
  • Ability to recognize repetitive business processes tasks and implementing process automation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, or 4 equivalent years of related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Business Analyst experience in analysis and design on software development projects in analyst role.
  • Experience in a Project Management Organization preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing.
  • Must have knowledge of broad range project methodologies and best practices in Agile/Scrum.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, planning and technical skills.
  • Ability to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and reprioritization.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
  • Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, process modeling, and creating use cases.
  • Ability to handle unexpected changes and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ability to recognize and apply project management, business analysis and system analysis best practices to fit a variety of situations.
