About The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Client Support Analyst to support institutional clients on our proprietary low-latency trading platform. This full-time role reports to the Head of Desk Support and is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced trading environments.
What You’ll Do:
Provide Level 1 & 2 trade, system, and integration support, including:
- Client support for trading applications,
- Troubleshooting trade flow and connectivity issues,
- Investigating order routing, performing QA on internal tools and algorithms,
- Assisting with client onboarding,
- Collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Development, and mentoring junior analysts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Math, or Computer Science preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with FIX, SQL, Python, C#, and US equities/derivatives/futures markets
- Ability to obtain SIE, Series 3, 7, and 63 within 6 months (preferred if already licensed)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Chicago-based as this in an onsite role
