Class A CDL Semi-Local Driver

Drivers on this account deliver pet products to retail store locations and pick up backhaul freight throughout the week. Freight is preloaded, but store deliveries require driver unload using both electric and manual pallet jacks. Job Details
- Semi-local dedicated account
- Deliver pet products to retail store locations
- Pick up backhaul freight from retail and non-retail locations
- Preloaded outbound freight
- Driver unload required at store locations
- Backhaul freight is not driver unload
- Consistent freight volumes throughout the year
- Dedicated customer operation
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on driving position.
- Driver unloads freight using electric and manual pallet jacks
- Approximately 60% electric pallet jack use
- Approximately 40% manual pallet jack use
- Some pallets may weigh up to 3,500 pounds
- Deliveries may utilize dry van or liftgate trailers
- Ability to safely move heavy palletized freight at customer locations

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
- Ability to safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks
- Ability to perform physical delivery duties
