Personal Injury Paralegal Plaintiff-Side Litigation Filevine

Susan E. Loggans & Associates, P.C. is a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Chicago seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our trial-focused litigation team.

This role is ideal for a PI paralegal with hands-on litigation experience who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and modern case management systems that support efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support personal injury attorneys in active litigation and trial preparation
• Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Maintain case files using Filevine case management software
• Organize medical records, bills, and digital evidence
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and experts
• Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars
• Assist with workflow automation and legal technology tools

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate OR equivalent personal injury litigation experience
• Plaintiff’s personal injury law experience REQUIRED
• Experience working in a Chicago-area PI law firm preferred
• Proficiency with Filevine or similar legal case management software
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Trial preparation experience
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms or legal technology tools
• Experience handling medical records and lien resolution

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 , commensurate with experience
