Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Openings include:

• Lake in the Hills, IL: 16 students / 15 hours per week
• Morton Grove, IL: 9 students / 5-7 hours per week
• Oak Lawn, IL: 29 students / 15-20 hours per week
• Plainfield, IL: 22 students / 15 hours per week
• Rockford, IL: Caseload to be determined / 15 hours per week

Desired qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with IEP teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Compassion for and commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports
• Support students in achieving communication milestones in educational settings
