Transportation Clerk/ Material Handler
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent transportation clerk experience in logistics to be considered for this position*
- Interface with carriers and customer service to address questions, concerns and needs
- Act as back up for Outbound Transportation Clerk and UPS clerk as needed
- Answer telephone calls in courteous and professional manner
- Gather information and prepare truck load report daily
- Assist with order processing
- Prepare government orders, including printing the appropriate tire labels and appropriate government forms
- Run the appropriate closing reports daily
- Maintain inventory levels of all office supplies
- Serves as a back-up for daily productivity reports

- Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
