General Liability Associate
A Chicago Law Practice is hiring a General Liability Associate with 3-5 years' experience to join their team!
Compensation
$90,000 - $145,000
Responsibilities
Toxic Tort, complex litigation including malpractice claims, subrogation, general liability defense
At least 5 years of experience with Illinois Insurance Defense work within the last 3 years.
Familiarity with billing requirements.
Qualifications
JD degree and state bar admission.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and document preparation skills.
