Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary Maintenance, HousekeepingResponsibilities * Inspecting facilities, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance issues. * Performing repairs and maintenance as needed, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC. * Keeping a maintenance log and writing shift reports. * Reporting any issues to management. * Responding to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner. * Collaborating with the maintenance team and contractors as needed. * Using equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.Minimum Requirements

• Experience in maintenance
• Ability to drive fork lift
• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of agePreferred Skills
• Fork lift drive
• Ability to lift
• Physically fit
• Knowledge for maintenancePhysical Requirements/Working Conditions
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Able to drive fork lift.
