Part-time Youth Development Specialist

The Youth Alternative Home Association is currently hiring for 2 part-time youth development specialists. Part-time is $15-$16 an hour. Depending on experience. These employees are entrusted to care for the youth at the group home and the crisis shelter. Eligible candidates need to be good at de-escalation and be able to be a positive role model for the youth we serve. The shifts are typically between the hours of 3 PM and 12 AM during the week and vary on the weekend. We also have a summer position that is Monday-Friday 8-4! Perfect for a school employee! You work with kids one on one, take them to appointments, help them with homework, and household chores, it simulates being a mock parent for those in care.
