Job Summary

Due to continued growth, Orthopedic Rehab Specialists (ORS) is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in Rockford, Illinois. This role is open to full-time or part-time candidates , with full-time preferred and 40 hours per week available .

Additional opportunities may also be available in Belvidere, Byron, Winnebago, or Loves Park .

We are seeking a personable Physical Therapist with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Caseload & Patient Population

• General outpatient orthopedic caseload

• Patients of all ages

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $72,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

• No weekends

• No major holidays

• Flexible scheduling available, including:

  • Four 10-hour shifts

  • Half-day options

Job Requirements

• Eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored

• Full-time preferred; part-time candidates will be considered
