About the Role

Ulta Beauty is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Office Support Assistant to support daily workplace operations through mail services, package handling, dock coordination, office supply management, and workplace logistics support. This is a hands-on operational role focused on maintaining smooth day-to-day facility operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable with physical logistics work, and able to support multiple workplace operations while delivering excellent customer service to internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily workplace operations including mailroom, package handling, dock operations, and delivery coordination
• Process, sort, track, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice shipments
• Coordinate vendor and courier deliveries while supporting dock and shipping logistics
• Operate mailing and shipping equipment and maintain accurate shipment records and databases
• Monitor and replenish office supplies while maintaining organized stockroom and storage areas
• Support furniture coordination activities including inventory movement, workspace setup, and operational readiness
• Assist with workplace logistics related to office moves and facilities support activities
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized delivery, storage, and workplace support areas
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Escalate operational concerns or service issues to leadership when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in mailroom, warehouse, stockroom, facilities support, logistics, hospitality, or customer service environments preferred
• Strong customer service mindset with dependable and professional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Comfortable using shipment tracking systems, databases, mobile devices, and workplace technologies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently while following operational procedures and instructions
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable supporting hands-on workplace logistics and operational tasks throughout the day
