Assistant FOH Manager

SPACE 519 | The Lunchroom is looking to build a team of great people who have a love for fashion, food, home décor and all things chic. We currently seek an Assistant Front of House Manager for our newest location at Plaza del Lago in Wilmette.

SPACE 519 is a meticulously curated fashion and lifestyle destination like no other. Husbands and business partners, Lance Lawson and Jim Wetzel travel the world to curate an assortment of unique and hard to find items across a broad range of categories for SPACE 519 including: designer women’s apparel and accessories, fine jewelry, luxury apothecary, inspired home collections, gourmet foodstuffs and unique gift items. The original store opened in 2010 in space five nineteen on the fifth floor of a luxury shopping center on Michigan Avenue. Eight years later the shop moved two blocks west expanding and adding food programming, including The Lunchroom, The Lunchbox and additional design partners and product categories.

SPACE 519 has been lauded by The New York Times , Vogue, Architectural Digest, InStyle and many more. In August 2025, SPACE 519 | The Lunchroom began a new chapter with the opening of a second location in the much-anticipated historic redevelopment of Plaza del Lago in Wilmette. The Assistant Front of House Manager will serve as the Manager on Duty and support the daily operation of the café by providing hands on leadership, exceptional service standards and ensuring the efficient execution of all FOH operations. This role assures the café operates smoothly, delivers an outstanding guest experience and achieves revenue goals.
