The budgeted salary for this position is typically $1,000 per credit hour.

Primary duties include teaching 1 or 2 courses during a 4.5 month semester. Faculty members are expected to teach, develop syllabi and teaching materials related to courses taught, and hold regular office hours. Faculty are hired, evaluated, and retained on the basis of conditions covered in the Union Contract.

Required Education

An MA or PhD in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field, is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

We are seeking who is capable of teaching undergraduate courses covering the theory and practice of Public Relations. xrczosw Professional experience in a public relations position is also preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

University level teaching experience preferred
