Campus Services Assistant Supervisor

Blackburn College, a unique four-year liberal arts college with a student-managed work program located in Carlinville, IL, invites applications for the full-time hourly position of Campus Services Assistant Supervisor. This position assists in overseeing campus janitorial operations while supervising, training, and mentoring student workers in a collaborative educational environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily cleaning operations, monitoring work quality, helping coordinate schedules and duties, maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring campus facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge and experience in institutional janitorial services, along with a successful record of supervision, training, and mentoring. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are preferred.

The hourly rate for this position will be $19.00.
